Non Refundable Rate: For the non refundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee. During the FAIRS we have special cancellation policy: Free of charge up to 8 weeks perior the date of arrival ( Medica, Drupa 16 weeks), after this time we'll charge 90% the room rate if we could not sell the room.

Room reservations made at the latest 1 week prior to the check-in date, cancellations MUST be made 3 days prior to the check-in date. We will contact you 3 days before the check-in date. If we cannot be contacted, your booking will be cancelled. Unless there is a confirmation from you afterwards.
If the booking is made 1 day prior to the check-in date, 12 hours before the check-in time, we will call you back. If you cannot be contacted, your booking will be cancelled. Unless there is a confirmation from you afterwards.
Regarding changes, it is subject to room availability and rates on that day.
